Hello everyone

Existing students - I wanted to thank each and every one of you for your support of my classes, it really does mean a lot. There are those of you that have been with me for many years now and those that are new to me and have entrusted me to guide you on your yoga journey, I am grateful to all of you.

New students - please let me guide you on your yoga journey at one of my group classes, book here : https://bookwhen.com/sharnayoga , or get in touch with me to arrange 121 sessions in person or via Zoom.

I do hope you are all enjoying the better weather over the last few weeks, it really is joyous to be able to get out and about in the sunshine and feel the warmth on our bodies as well as taking in some valuable Vitamin D.  If you are able to do get out and walk on the ground in bare feet, there are many benefits to this some of which are - reducing inflammation/ cortisol/ blood pressure & fatigue, whilst increasing energy and improving mood.

The reason for my post is I need to update you with regards to class disruption in May. Some of this is due to be being away in Madeira and some due to the availability of halls. I apologise in advance for this disruption, if anyone would like to take a class recording to cover these dates please let me know and I will arrange this with you directly sharnap@icloud.com.

There will be no classes on the following dates:-

  • Little Marlow (Wednesday) - 7th/ 14th May

  • Wooburn Green (Friday) - 9th/ 30th May

  • Swalcliffe (Thursday) - 1st/ 8th/ 22nd May

  • On line (Wed/ Saturday) - 7th/ 10th/ 14th May

Thank you again for your trust and kindness,

Sharna
