ABOUT SHARNA YOGA
Be in the Moment
For me yoga is about the journey and not the destination, it is whatever you want it to be, not what anyone tells you it should be.
Whether you want to release stress, relax your mind, exercise your entire body or just move on the mat. There is no perfect pose, no Instagram picture perfect goal.
If you are apprehensive about trying yoga come and practice with me, give it a try, work with your body and give it exactly what it needs, not what anyone tells you is required. Practice in a non judgemental friendly environment open to all.
My style, well it’s dependent on what the universe brings, but in general it is a gentle flow focusing equally on mobility, strength and wellbeing. It’s your practice and I believe you give your body what it needs in that moment, yoga is sent to nourish our body and our mind x

MY CLASSES
My classes are for all levels.
I offer mixed group classes, with students at varying levels in their yoga journey.

I also offer also one to one sessions & teach at corporate events.
​Pregnancy yoga - pre and post natal along with baby yoga/ massage is also available.

ON LINE CLASSES
Every Wednesday at 6.30pm and every Saturday at 9.00am.

My online classes aim to be a welcome and much-needed break from the stress & uncertainty of our day to day life.
An open class for mixed abilities. A practice for your body, mind and soul.
Starting with our warm up to wake up the body, then we move to a dynamic flow to build strength and bring a challenge to our practice if we want to, always working to our own personal edge and not beyond.

These classes are perfect for students looking for a rounded yoga practice where you can deepen your practice if you wish. Get ready to move and strengthen your body.
A class for all levels; we will work within your limits but also look to challenge ourselves sometimes and try something new, leaving the class with a feeling of well-being.

PRE-NATAL PREGNANCY YOGA

Suitable from 14 – 40 weeks, live in person classes in the comfort of your own home; to improve your wellbeing and help you prepare for birth. Suitable for those who have practiced yoga before pregnancy and those that have not.
My classes will help you throughout your pregnancy and towards your preparation for birth.
We will include regular yoga asanas, modified to suit your changing body along with relaxation and breathing techniques to help you prepare for and during your labour.
We will strengthen the body and increasing mobility where it is needed. You will leave each class feeling stronger, relaxed and more prepared for your birthing experience.

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice.

The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body and get the most out of your practice.

Can be booked as a 1:1 in your own home, or 2:1 if you would like to practice with someone.
